Can you explain moccy moo’s sizing?

Most of our products are universal sizing making it the perfect products to gift and giving us confident it will work with all baby's sizes and stages. For items that have specific sizing, we have added this information onto each relevant product description to help you make the correct decision for your baby.

Do I have to pay any tax on my purchases?

If you are buying and sending inside the UK there is no tax on your purchases. If you purchase and sending outside of the UK you or the receiver may be required to pay duty tax on your orders, depending on the countries import agreements. We do not collect any taxes to be paid outside of the UK. 

What are my payment options?

AMEX, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, Paypal, Shop Pay and Visa.

I just made an order but forgot to add an item, please can i add this?

Contact us on hello@moccymoo.co.uk and we will see what we can do if your order has not yet been shipped. If it has been shipped, we cannot make amendments. If you want to add the additional items as a separate order, we will do whatever we can to get your follow up order out to the recipient as soon as possible.
