Want to know more about our shipping?
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked48, which has been consistently reliable for us. Tracking details allow you to follow your package straight to your door, or confirm that a gift has arrived safely with your recipient.
- United Kingdom: Tracked48 shipping is £3.99.
- Free UK Shipping: Available on orders over £50.
- International Shipping: Prices vary by country. We use Royal Mail Tracked International (7-9 working days).
For UK orders, there is no tax. For orders sent outside the UK, the recipient may need to pay duty taxes depending on the country’s import regulations. We do not collect taxes for international orders.
What if I want to return an item?
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, just notify us at hello@moccymoo.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, along with your order confirmation. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Gift boxes carry a £3 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
I’m buying a ready-to-ship gift box—do I still need to select gift wrap at checkout?
No need! All our ‘gift boxes’ come gift-wrapped in our crisp white keepsake magnetic closure gift boxes. For a ‘build-your-own’ gift box, select your items, add them to your cart, and choose the ‘Gift Box’ option at checkout. For an additional £3.99, we’ll wrap your items in our silky tissue paper and place them in our elegant gift boxes. Don’t forget to include a free note for the recipient!
I’m sending this as a gift—will the recipient see the receipt or price?
No worries! We never include order prices, packing lists, or receipts in the package. All order details are sent via email to you (or the email address you provide). Be sure to add a gift note at checkout, so your recipient knows who the gift is from.
